Primarily we offer a year-round key-holding service, which includes weekly visits to your home whilst you are away. We consider these home checks the most important service we provide and they are designed to give you peace of mind as well as enabling any issues identified to be dealt with promptly.

However, every property and client has different needs and concerns so additional services are available on request. These include but are not limited to:-

• sourcing and management of local tradesmen and services
• arranging preventative maintenance schedules for your home and garden
• admin or translation assistance with French communications
